South Texas College of Law Houston (STCL Houston) will recognize the Honorable Kyle Carter ’00 — judge of the 125th District Court in Harris County and an STCL Houston alumnus — with its 2021 Public Service Award at its Alumni Association Annual Luncheon Sept. 28 at Hotel ZaZa-Houston Museum District.

The law school’s annual Public Service Award acknowledges significant and sustained accomplishments in a public service position.
