Andrew Kerr joined the South Texas College of Law faculty in 2025, after teaching for several years at the Peking University School of Transnational Law. Prior to that, Professor Kerr was a Lecturer at Georgetown Law, where he also earned his S.J.D. degree. He has published on a range of topics for journals including the Florida Law ReviewWashington University Law ReviewUC Davis Law ReviewSeton Hall Law Review and Green Bag. His most recent article, “Original Public Meaning and the Rule of Recognition”, is forthcoming in the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
