Andrew Kerr joined the South Texas College of Law faculty in 2025, after teaching for several years at the Peking University School of Transnational Law. Prior to that, Professor Kerr was a Lecturer at Georgetown Law, where he also earned his S.J.D. degree. His most recent articles were published in the NYU Journal of Law & Liberty, William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and Seton Hall Law Review.
