Denise Peterson is a full-time mediator and arbitrator. Graduating from South Texas in 2010, she became an associate for Morgan Lewis where she worked on matters relating to the housing crisis, asbestos defense, employment, and general civil litigation. She is licensed in Texas and New York and is a qualified solicitor to the senior courts of England and Wales. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a past vice chair of the North American Branch. Denise teaches Negotiation for Litigators and co-directs the Mediation Clinic.
