AABOD Committees
The Alumni Association of South Texas College of Law Houston is supported by three key committees that drive engagement and foster community connections:
Student Engagement Committee
Focused on creating opportunities for prospective and current students, this committee collaborates with the Career Resources Center and Admissions Office to support initiatives that align with their goals.
Alumni Affinity Groups Committee
This committee oversees and supports alumni affinity groups, evaluates requests for new groups, and encourages community building among alumni, working closely with the Alumni Engagement department.
Communications Committee
Responsible for promoting Alumni Association activities, this committee partners with the Alumni Engagement department to keep members informed and engaged.
Other ad hoc committees can be established at the direction of the Alumni Association Board of Directors, as needed.
All members of the Alumni Association are eligible to serve as non-voting members of these committees, at the invitation of the Committee chair(s).
