About The Competition
The Andrew B. Bender Brief Writing Competition gives eligible South Texas College of Law Houston students the opportunity to demonstrate their appellate brief writing skills through a written advocacy challenge.

Competition Problem
Access the official competition problem and review the instructions before preparing your brief.
Registration
Register to receive your anonymous three digit designation, which must be used when submitting your brief.
Submit Your Brief
Once your brief is complete, submit it as a PDF using the filename format Brief_000.pdf, replacing 000 with your assigned designation.
