  The Fred Parks Law Library offers students access to more than 90 law-related databases; a comprehensive range of government documents; special collections, including rare books, manuscripts, and archives; and legal research guides. Collaborative Law Training for Practitioners

South Texas College of Law Houston offers an introductory collaborative law training bi-annually in January and August. This two-day training is taught by Texas Super Lawyers’ Rising Star, Lori Kern. Lori is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in 2018, Lori was selected as a Texas Rising Star in Family Law by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Next Training Date: January 8-9, 2024

Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Cost: $445 or $395 (STCL alumni rate)

CLE Credits: Approved for 15 MCLE credits and 1 hour of Ethics
