A legal and business executive with more than two decades of progressive experience in client service, governmental, public transportation, and higher education environments, Le has helped organizations streamline business operations through cross-functional partnerships, change management strategies, risk management assessments, and effective communication.

Le comes to us from Texas Southern University, where he held the positions of general counsel, chief compliance officer, and acting vice president of administration (AVP). Le was responsible for all legal and compliance matters. As AVP, he provided leadership to and collaboration with the Office of Information Technology, Facilities, Buildings and Grounds, and the campus’ Department of Public Safety.

He also has been responsible for strategic planning from development to execution, budgeting, and managing daily operations. Le holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
