Texas Tax Lawyer
The Texas Tax Lawyer is the journal of the Tax Section of the State Bar of Texas. Starting in 2022, STCL Houston Students will serve as student editors for the journal. Professor Bruce McGovern serves as the Faculty Advisor for the student Editorial Board. Professor Mc Govern is an expert in federal taxation and long time contributor to the Tax Section. He can be contacted at bmcgovern@stcl.edu or 713-646-2920.
