For Outside Visitors

The primary function of The Fred Parks Law Library is to support the instructional and research activities of the South Texas College of Law Houston academic community.

The Fred Parks Law Library is open for patrons with a current STCLH ID card. See below for hours. We will remain CLOSED to all other patrons until further notice.

Fri: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
