For Outside Visitors

The primary function of The Fred Parks Law Library is to support the instructional and research activities of the South Texas College of Law Houston academic community.

The Fred Parks Law Library is open for patrons with a current STCLH ID card. See below for hours. We will remain CLOSED to all other patrons until further notice.

REFERENCE HOURS

We offer three types of Reference Service: Virtual Reference, On-Call, and Reference Desk.

Virtual Reference is available via email at askpat@stcl.edu, via telephone at (713) 646-1712, and via Zoom on request from the Library tab on STANLEY. Virtual Reference Service is available during all posted Reference Service hours, including On-Call hours and Reference Desk hours.

On-Call means the Reference Librarian is in the Library, but not at the Reference Desk. Please ask the staff at the Patron Services Desk to page the Librarian on call for service. You may also use Virtual Reference Services via telephone, email, or Zoom.

Reference Desk means the Reference Librarian is at the Reference Desk in the Library. You may also use Virtual Reference Services via telephone, email, or Zoom.
