Rule 749c. Appeal Perfected (1990)
TEXT
When an appeal bond has been timely filed in conformity with Rule 749 or a pauper's affidavit approved in conformity with Rule 749a, the appeal shall be perfected.
Amended by order of April 24, 1990, eff. Sept. 1, 1990: To dispense with the appellate requirement of payment of any rent into the court registry.
