Rule 470. Number of Copies, Etc. (1946)

TEXT

The application for writ of error may be typewritten or printed. If it is typewritten it must be with double space between the lines and on heavy white paper in clear type. Nine legible copies of the application shall be delivered to the Clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals and by him forwarded to the Supreme Court, but only one copy thereof shall be actually filed in the Court of Civil Appeals and in the Supreme Court.
