Rule 470. Application May Be Typewritten

TEXT

The application may be typewritten but only the original shall be filed with the clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals. If desired, carbon copies may be sent to the clerk but shall not be filed. If the application is typewritten it must be with double space between the lines and on heavy white paper in clear type.
