Rule 248. Jury Cases (1990)

TEXT

When a jury has been demanded, questions of law, motions, exceptions to pleadings, other unresolved pending matters shall, as far as practicable, be heard and determined by the court before the trial commences, and jurors shall be summoned to appear on the day so designated.
