Rule 248. Jury Cases
TEXT
Where juries have been demanded, questions of law, motions, exceptions to pleadings, etc., shall, as far as practicable, be heard and determined by the court before the day designated for the trial, and jurors shall be summoned to appear on the day of the term so designated.
