Rule 3a. Rules by Other Courts
TEXT
Each Court of Appeals, each administrative judicial district, each district court, and each county court may, from time to time, make and amend rules governing its practice not inconsistent with these rules. Copies of rules and amendments so made shall before their promulgation be furnished to the Supreme Court of Texas for approval.
