Rule 706. When Value of Property Has Declined
TEXT
If the property tendered back by the defendant has been injured, damaged, or depreciated while in his possession under such bond, the sheriff or constable to whom the same is tendered shall not receive the same unless the defendant at the same time tenders the reasonable amount of such damage, injury, or depreciation, to be judged by such officer.
