Rule 610. Oath

TEXT

The plaintiff, his agent or attorney shall make oath that the amount sued for is rent or advances, such as are mentioned in Art. 5222 of the Revised Civil Statutes, 1925, or shall produce a writing signed by such tenant to that effect, and shall further swear that such warrant is not sued out for the purpose of vexing and harassing the defendant.
