Rule 491. Rules of Court of Appeals Applicable (1984)
TEXT
The rules prescribed for the Courts of Appeals shall govern in the Supreme Court to the extent applicable and not inconsistent with these rules.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The rule is broadened to cover other rules prescribed for the Courts of Appeals.
