Rule 453. Conclusions of Fact and Law

Conclusions of fact and law upon each material point assigned as error in the Court of Civil Appeals shall be made and filed within thirty days after the decision of the case, if the case be one in which the Supreme Court has jurisdiction of an application for writ of error. The evidence need not be stated, except when necessary to determine the correctness of some ruling of the court. Such findings of fact and conclusions of law may be included in the opinion.
