Rule 451. Decision and Opinion (1984)
TEXT
The Court of Appeals shall decide all controlling issues presented by proper points or cross-points of error and announce its conclusions in a written opinion.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: The rule has been reworded to harmonize with Rule 452 as amended in 1982 and requires a decision only on controlling issues.
