Rule 382. Violations of Rules: Costs (1981)

TEXT

The appellate court may impose or withhold costs as the circumstances of the case may require for any infraction of the rules with respect to the preparation of the record on appeal.

Amended by order of June 10, 1980, eff. Jan. 1, 1981: The word “unreasonable” before “infraction” is deleted.
