Rule 346. Not to Operate As Supersedeas

TEXT

A writ of certiorari shall not operate as a supersedeas of the judgment of the county court, unless the applicant therefor shall enter into bond with two or more good and sufficient sureties, in such sum as shall be fixed by the order of the district judge, payable to the adverse party, and conditioned for the performance of the judgment of the district court, in case such judgment shall be against the applicant.
