Rule 318. Correction in Vacation

TEXT

The judge making such correction in vacation shall embody the same in a judgment, and certify thereto and deliver it to the clerk who shall enter it in the minutes. Such judgment shall constitute a part of the record of the cause, and any execution thereafter issued shall conform to the judgment as corrected.
