Wellness Wednesday (Stress Management)

Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. (helpguide.org) While there is not a way to completely get rid of stress there are ways to learn to balance the stressors in your life.
We will be joined by Smile and Fur Friends of Houston who will bring their emotional support animals. Join us to learn about how to balance stressors that show up in your life and pet some of our furry friends!
