Multi-Day CLE Event – Trial Advocacy: Evidentiary Foundations and Objections

A practical course designed to enrich participants’ understanding of the Rules of Evidence and their application in a trial setting. Through lectures and a series of exercises simulating pretrial motions and witness examinations, participants develop the skills to advocate for and against the admissibility of evidence at trial.

• September 6, 7, 13, 14 | 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. each day
• Earn up to 28 hours of CLE credit (28 Litigation MCLE hours, including 2 Ethics hours)
