Lawyer Crimes: Forgetting Legal Ethics

Lawyer crimes range from the “minor” (the third DUI), through the comical, to the “major” (insider trading), and then on to such crimes as murder (though never on the Orient Express). Each of these can have an assortment of ethical consequences, many having to do with justice. In this interactive session of Just Ethics, Michael Sean Quinn shares the range of ethical issues that can arise when lawyers, themselves, engage in criminal activity or are simply the catalyst to the resultant crime.
