A Multi-Day CLE Event
Trial Advocacy: Evidentiary Foundations and Objections addresses the mechanics of entering and excluding evidence. It is a practical course designed to enrich participants’ understanding of the Rules of Evidence and their application in a trial setting. Through lectures and a series of exercises simulating pretrial motions and witness examinations, participants develop the skills to advocate for and against the admissibility of evidence at trial.
