The undersigned hereby applies for a locker for

I understand that, if assigned a locker, I will have only a license therein, which will be revocable at will by the College; and I agree that the remaining paragraphs hereof will be applicable to such license, to me, and to the locker and its contents:

(1) I understand that the College may enter and search my locker at any time, without notice to me and without my being present. Such entries may be made at the pleasure of the College, and the College may turn any illegal or dangerous materials found therein over to the public authorities.

(2) I agree to renew the rental for my locker at the time designated by the College for renewing lockers at or near the end of the semester for which the locker is assigned to me, or vacate it by the last day of final exams in that semester. I further agree that if I do not renew the rental of my locker by the designated deadline, the College may remove any material remaining in the locker after such date and dispose of it in any manner which the College may see fit.

(3) I hereby consent to any such entry and search that may be made, and to any such turnover of materials to the public authorities that may be made under paragraph (1) above, and to any disposition that may be made under paragraph (2) hereof, and release the College, its Trustees, Officers and employees from any liability arising therefrom.

(4) I agree to abide by all the rules relating to locker usage as set forth in the College student handbook, both as currently stated and as hereafter revised. Such rules appear in the section relating to the Student Organizations Office.

(5) I agree that the applicable locker fee ($10 Spring) will be assessed and debited to my College student account.
