The Florida Law Students Association at South Texas College of Law was formed by law students who received their undergraduate degrees from a Florida college or university. The organization provides social, educational and mentor support to its membership through speaker forums, community projects and fund-raising efforts. Its primary purpose is to assist in the recruitment and retention of law students from the state of Florida and articulate the needs and concerns of Florida students to the college.
