South Texas College of Law Houston ("law school") affirms its commitment to promote the goals of fairness and equity in all aspects of the educational enterprise. The Assistant Dean of Institutional Compliance, Wanda Morrow, serves as the Title IX Coordinator and ADA/504 Coordinator and oversees implementation of the law school's disability compliance and its policy on equal opportunity, harassment, and nondiscrimination. The Title IX Coordinator heads the Title IX team and coordinates investigations of all allegations of Title IX violations, including allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, and sexual misconduct.

Complainant: a person who submits a complaint alleging discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking or other Title IX related allegations, or is identified as the person who has allegedly experienced sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking or other Title IX related incident.
Respondent: The person designated to respond to a complaint. Generally, the respondent is the person alleged to be responsible for the prohibited conduct alleged in a complaint.
