Rule 480. Docketing Application


The clerk of the Supreme Court shall receive all applications for writ of error, shall file the petition and accompanying record from the Court of Civil Appeals and enter the same upon the application docket, but he shall not be required to receive same from the postoffice or express office unless the postage or express charges shall have been paid. The number of the application, corresponding to the number on the application docket, shall be placed thereon.
