Rule 462. Motion To Certify (1984)
At any time within fifteen days after judgment in the Court of Appeals, either party may file a motion asking the court to certify a question to the Supreme Court.
Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: Former Rule 462 is repealed because it is obsolete. This is revised Rule 465 that has been changed so time runs from the date of judgment rather than date motion for rehearing is overruled. Reference to mandamus is deleted.
