Rule 441. Refusal to Remit Not To Be Alluded To
Whenever a Court of Civil Appeals shall indicate that a verdict is excessive, and no remittitur shall be filed, no evidence shall be allowed, nor allusion made in a subsequent trial to the action of such appellate court in reference to the amount of excess of such verdict.
