Rule 99. Issuance

TEXT

When a petition is filed with the clerk, he shall promptly issue such citations, for the defendant or defendants as shall be requested by the party or his attorney.

Change: The rule authorizes the clerk to issue as many citation for the defendant or defendants as the plaintiff may request, without the delay of securing a return on any prior citation.
