Rule 521. Report to Supreme Court

TEXT

When the commission has determined the proper disposition of any case referred to it, their opinion shall be submitted to the Supreme Court, together with a brief synopsis of the case, and the record shall be returned therewith to be used by the Supreme Court. The conclusion or award thus reported when approved, shall be the judgment of the Supreme Court, and said court shall make and render such further order, judgment, or decree thereon as may be necessary or proper to make said award effective.
