Rule 517. Hearing on Motion (1946)

TEXT

The opposing party shall have five days after notice, as provided for in Rule 516, in which to file an answer to the motion. Upon the filing of an answer or the expiration of the five-day period, the motion shall be deemed submitted to the court and ready for disposition. However, if the court deems it advisable it may limit the time in which a motion for rehearing or an answer thereto may be filed, and may act upon any motion at any time after it is filed.
