Rule 492. Printing, Typing, Number of Copies (1981)

Applications, motions, answers, briefs, arguments, and all documents originally filed in the Supreme Court may be printed or typewritten. Typewritten copies must be with double space between the lines and on heavy white paper in clear type. Twelve legible copies of each of such instruments shall be delivered to the Clerk of the Supreme Court. The Clerk shall file all copies. A copy of each such instrument shall be delivered to the adverse party by the party filing it.

Amended by order of June 10, 1980, eff. Jan. 1, 1981: The rule is amended to conform with Rules 470 and 480a.
