Rule 457. Appellate Court Opinions to be Furnished Trial Courts

TEXT

It shall be the duty of the clerk of each of the Courts of Civil Appeals, and the Commissions of Appeals, and the clerk of the Supreme Court, within three days after rendition of a decision by such court, to mail to the judge before whom the case was tried in the trial court a legible and clear copy of the opinion rendered by such appellate court.
