Rule 457. Notice of Judgment, Etc. (1984)

TEXT

When the Court of Appeals renders judgment or grants or overrules a motion for rehearing, the clerk shall immediately give notice to the parties or their attorneys of record of the disposition made of the cause or of the motion, as the case may be. The notice shall be given by first-class mail and be so marked as to be returnable to the clerk in case of nondelivery.

Amended by order of Dec. 5, 1983, eff. April 1, 1984: Revised to become consistent with Rules 306d, 486, and 515. The same kind of notice should go to all parties.
