Rule 410. Order of Deciding Cases

Cases shall be decided in the order in which they are filed, but the following cases shall have precedence of all others:

(a) Cases in which the Railroad Commission is a party.

(b) Cases in which the State is a party.

(c) Cases given precedence by law or these rules.

(d) Cases submitted on oral argument for all parties to the cause.

(e) Appeals from interlocutory orders.

(f) Such other cases as the court, by order or rule, may direct.
