Rule 339. Appeal Bond

TEXT

The appeal shall not suspend the decision, order or judgment except in the cases mentioned in the succeeding rule, unless the appellant, within twenty days after the entry of notice of appeal, shall file a bond in an amount fixed by the court, signed by two or more good and sufficient sureties, payable to and approved by the clerk, conditioned that the appellant shall perform the orders and judgment which the district court may make therein, in case the decision be against him.
