Rule 323. Grounds of Motion in Causes Tried Without Jury

TEXT

When the case is determined by the judge without a jury, counsel, in making a motion for a new trial, shall specify succinctly the supposed errors of law or of fact, or both, into which the judge has fallen, as far as may be practicable to do so.
