Rule 306b. Time to Appeal From Nunc Pro Tunc Orders (1981)
TEXT
The right of appeal from a nunc pro tunc judgment or order shall date from the day upon which the trial judge signed the nunc pro tunc judgment or order and shall be governed by Rule 306a.
