Note: The Instructional Technology Services (ITS) Office hours are as follows while classes are in session:*
Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 10 pm
Friday, 8 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
Sunday, 8 am - 4:30 pm (Sunday hours only available with reservations made seven (7) days in advance to allow for work schedule modification.)
Please contact the ITS Office at ext. 1730 before making a reservation outside of our normal business hours.
Reservations are supported (and resources are allocated) on a "first come, first served" basis. Please be patient and understanding if making a "last minute" AV request.
*ITS Office hours may vary when classes are not in session or extended/weekend hours are unnecessary to support scheduled AV requests.
