Dale CarpenterJanuary 14, 2008--South Texas College of Law proudly welcomes the inaugural Fred Parks Distinguished Chair: Professor Dale Carpenter, the Earl R. Larson Professor of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law at the University of Minnesota Law School.
