The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will hear oral arguments at South Texas College of Law in the T. Gerald Treece Courtroom on Monday, November 2nd and Tuesday, November 3rd. Briefs for all the cases are available below.
All students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend the oral arguments. Students are encouraged to come and go as their schedules permit. Casual clothing is acceptable. There will no reserved seating for the oral arguments. Please no computers, cell phones, paper rustling, or noise in the courtroom.
