Ex Parte Fung Sing (1925)
nWhile the petitioner was born in the United States, by the provisions of the laws, supra, for the purposes of admission or citizenship, she is considered as born in the country of which she is a citizen.  Being of an excluded race, and a citizen of such excluded racial ancestry, she is not eligible to citizenship, and under the law may not be admitted.
