Mr. TRAFICANT submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was
referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Attorney General should
appoint an independent counsel to investigate and report on campaign donations
made to federally elected officials by Enron Corporation.
Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),
That it is the sense of the Congress that the Attorney General should
appoint an independent counsel to investigate and report on campaign donations
made to federally elected officials by Enron Corporation.
