1. Do not panic because of the breadth of this outline. During preparation, the thought came to mind that perhaps an expanded outline of the Family Code, one that went beyond the scope of the current course, would be helpful to students currently taking related classes or who will be studying such in the future. There is no current source which provides each title, chapter, subchapter, and code section by assigned title/name; thus, this outline. The idea is that students will be able to download this outline and use it for study, filling in key words and cases.
