BiographyProfessor Byron Preston Davis has taught Texas Civil Procedure, Pre- trial, Trial, and Appellate for 30 years. His sole area of scholarship concerns Procedure related subjects. He and Professor Peter Lewis created the Texas Procedure and Evidence Workshop for the Texas Bar Exam in 1985. Bar Bri Bar Bar Review has offered this course through its system since 1986. Professor Davis is active today teaching this workshop for each Bar Exam in Texas. In addition, Professor Davis has been the co-editor of O'Connor's Texas Rules for the since 1995, considered by many in the bench and bar as the "Bible" of Texas Procedure commentaries. |
